![]() I was going to get something else because i was stuck at this point. I took it back next morning as soon as they opened and asked because of their lies to take it back. The sales manager treated my concern like it didn't matter. After i got rushed through the paperwork and went back to get my stuff out of my old truck i noticed there wasnt a 4x4. I liked it and by this time it was almost closing time. I took the one i was looking at for a test drive and the salesman kept my attention. I had 4 people tell me the truck i liked had it. I kept telling him and the pushy sales manager i needed 4x4 on the truck. I found a truck like mine same yr just lower miles. I had time to spare and he gave me the i can get you in a newer vehicle and lower your payment. I went in there for an oil change and one of their salesman appoached me just talking and then here comes the sales pitch. So please avoid BILL PENNY dealerships at all costs. Though one time the salesman sent a "personal" video in an email and when I went to open it, it was just a link to a sales event they were doing. We have had no apology from the salesman and nothing was done about it. We talked to multiple people at the dealership about that and they laugh it off. He did this on the showroom floor in front of everyone. The salesman, after we finished the original deal, even insulted and made fun of my dad for wearing a mask. It is back in the shop again for about $3,000 once they fix everything wrong with it this time.īill Penny will offer no help despite acting like they will every time I call them. Since August I have had to spend thousands of dollars on it as it continued to break down. ![]() ![]() The salesman even lied about features the vehicle had. They lied about checking the brakes on it as I had to have new back brakes and rotors within a month of owning it. They assured me everything was fine as they ran it through the shop and checked everything out on it. It was for my new job postal job as a rural carrier. This summer I bought a right-handed Jeep from Bill Penny in Jasper.
